A perfect stay for my father and me at Stoneyfield South Cottage! The communication in advance and welcome on arrival by Ancris were lovely. The cottage is spacious and very comfortable. It was perfectly clean. There were provisions of plenty of bedding and towels, as well as gifts of breakfast items, fruit, and chocolates. The wifi worked well and we appreciated the use of the DVD player. The view from the kitchen and garden to the sea was spectacular. The attention to detail was impressive. Thank you, Ancris. We very much recommend this place to stay and hope to return in the future!

The welcome package was amazing, including a fully stocked fridge and a tray of local produce. The owner was also very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location was great, being on the edge of town but still close to amenities. The cottage was beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard.

There were a few minor issues with the cottage. Some ceiling lights in the kitchen weren't working and there was an occasional problem with the kettle causing the power to partially go off.

The location of the accommodation was absolutely perfect! It offered stunning views overlooking the harbor and was only a short drive away from the town center. The peaceful and quiet surroundings, with views across the fields to the water, added to the charm of the place. The cottage was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fully stocked fridge with pleasant surprises. there were plenty of plates, cutlery, and other essentials provided, making our stay hassle-free.

As a family visiting the Celtic music festival in July, our stay at Stoneyfield South Cottage felt just like home. The cottage was incredibly family-friendly and well-equipped, with a wonderful Scottish breakfast provided by the fantastic host, Ancris. The location was ideal, situated halfway between the airport and Stornoway, offering stunning views of the sea and grazing sheep. We even spotted yachts and boats sailing past. our experience at Stoneyfield South Cottage was exceptional and we would definitely book again for next year's festival.

We had a fantastic stay at Stoneyfield South Cottage! Our host provided a generous stock of food in the fridge for cooked breakfasts and the cottage was extremely well equipped. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view over the bay and within walking distance to town. The cottage itself had everything we needed, with two big bathrooms and three double rooms. The kitchen had absolutely everything we could imagine and we even received fresh fish from a friendly neighbor. The complementary breakfast was a treat and there was thoughtful attention to detail with amenities provided. We highly recommend this cozy, warm, and well-equipped cottage.
